This Privacy Policy ("Policy") is issued by phww ("phww," "we," "us," "our") and applies to all personal information collected, processed, stored, and used in connection with the phww online gaming platform available at phww.lat, including all associated mobile-optimized interfaces, support channels, and promotional communications.

This Policy governs the personal data of all individuals who interact with phww, including registered account holders, persons who browse phww.lat without registering, and individuals who contact phww's support team. By accessing phww or creating an account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described herein.

As PIC, phww determines the purposes and means by which your personal data is processed, and bears primary responsibility for compliance with applicable Philippine data privacy obligations.

phww has appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO) who oversees the platform's data protection framework, handles data subject requests, liaises with the National Privacy Commission, and serves as the point of contact for all privacy-related inquiries. Contact information for the DPO is provided in Section 15 of this Policy.

phww collects the following categories of personal data in connection with the operation of the platform:

phww does not collect sensitive personal information (SPI) as defined under R.A. 10173 — such as race, religion, health information, or political affiliations — except where such information is incidentally present in a document submitted for KYC purposes (e.g., a government ID that displays religion). Where SPI is incidentally received, phww will not process it beyond what is necessary for the KYC verification purpose.

phww collects personal data through the following channels and methods:

• Directly from you — when you register an account on phww.lat, complete the KYC process, make a deposit or withdrawal request, contact phww support, or respond to a promotional communication.
• Automatically through your use of the platform — phww's systems log technical data including IP addresses, device identifiers, session data, and browsing behavior on phww.lat whenever you access the platform, whether or not you are logged in to an account.
• Through cookies and similar technologies — phww uses cookies and session tokens to maintain your login state, recognize your device on return visits, and measure platform performance. See Section 9 for full details.
• From third-party verification providers — phww's KYC and identity verification processes may involve third-party service providers who cross-reference submitted documents against government-held records or biometric databases for age and identity confirmation.
• From payment service providers — phww receives transaction confirmation data from GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment processors when you conduct deposits or withdrawals.

phww processes personal data on the following lawful bases as recognized under R.A. 10173:

• Contractual Necessity: Processing is necessary for the performance of the contract between phww and the Player (i.e., the Terms & Conditions), including account creation, game access, payment processing, and withdrawal fulfillment.
• Legal Obligation: Processing is required to comply with phww's legal obligations under Philippine law — including PAGCOR regulatory requirements, the Anti-Money Laundering Act (R.A. 9160, as amended), age verification requirements, and tax reporting obligations.
• Legitimate Interests: Processing is necessary for phww's legitimate interests in preventing fraud, ensuring platform security, detecting problem gambling, managing disputes, and improving platform performance — provided those interests are not overridden by the Player's fundamental rights and freedoms.
• Consent: For optional processing activities — such as sending promotional emails, SMS marketing, or behavioral analytics for personalization beyond operational requirements — phww relies on your freely given, specific, informed consent. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

phww uses the personal data collected for the following purposes:

6.1 Platform Operations

To create and maintain your phww account; to authenticate your identity at login; to process GCash, PayMaya, and bank deposits and withdrawals in PHP; to deliver the game library and live casino services; to process bonus credits and track wagering requirements; and to communicate essential account information to you.

6.2 Regulatory Compliance

To verify that you meet the 21-year minimum age requirement before permitting real-money gaming; to comply with PAGCOR licensing conditions; to fulfill Anti-Money Laundering Act obligations including transaction monitoring and reporting to the AMLC where required; and to respond to lawful requests from Philippine government authorities and courts.

6.3 Security and Fraud Prevention

To detect and prevent unauthorized account access; to identify and investigate duplicate accounts; to monitor for fraudulent deposit and chargeback activity; to detect bonus abuse patterns; to enforce geographic access restrictions; and to investigate and respond to suspected cheating or collusion in multiplayer games.

6.4 Responsible Gaming

To monitor gaming patterns for indicators of problem gambling; to apply and enforce the deposit limits, loss limits, session timers, and self-exclusion settings configured by Players; to proactively contact Players where phww's responsible gaming monitoring identifies concerning behavior; and to maintain self-exclusion records as required under phww's responsible gaming policy.

6.5 Communications and Marketing

To send account notifications, security alerts, and transaction confirmations (which are non-optional operational communications); and with your consent, to send promotional offers, bonus announcements, new game launches, and personalized recommendations via email or SMS. You may withdraw marketing consent at any time by contacting [email protected] or adjusting your account preferences.

6.6 Platform Improvement

To analyze aggregated, anonymized data about how Filipino players interact with the phww platform in order to improve game curation, interface design, payment flows, and support quality. This analytics processing is conducted on data that has been de-identified at the individual level where possible.

phww does not sell your personal data to third parties. phww shares personal data only in the following circumstances, and only to the extent necessary for the stated purpose:

• Identity Verification Providers: phww engages accredited third-party KYC and identity verification service providers to cross-reference submitted government ID documents. These providers process your identity data solely on phww's behalf and are contractually prohibited from using it for any other purpose.
• Payment Processors: Transaction data necessary to complete a deposit or withdrawal is shared with the relevant payment provider — GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, Mastercard, InstaPay, or PESONet. • Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of all or part of phww's business assets, personal data held by phww may be transferred to the acquiring entity. Affected Players will be notified in advance of any such transfer, and the acquiring entity will be required to honor this Policy or obtain fresh consent where necessary.

phww retains personal data for only as long as is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable Philippine law. The following retention periods apply as a general guide:

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, phww will securely delete or anonymize personal data in accordance with its data disposal procedures. Where anonymization is applied, the resulting data may be retained and used for aggregated statistical analysis without retention limits.

phww uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on phww.lat. A cookie is a small text file placed on your device when you visit a website. phww uses the following categories of cookies:

• Strictly Necessary Cookies: Required for the phww platform to function. These include session authentication tokens that keep you logged in to your phww account during an active session. You cannot opt out of strictly necessary cookies without ceasing to use the platform.
• Functional Cookies: Store your platform preferences such as language settings and display choices so that they persist across sessions. These are set only with your consent and can be disabled without affecting core platform functionality.
• Analytics Cookies: Used by phww to understand how Filipino players navigate and use phww.lat — which game categories are viewed most, where players drop off during registration, and how the platform performs across different Philippine network types (Globe, Smart, PLDT). Analytics data is processed in aggregated, de-identified form.
• Security Cookies: Used for fraud detection and security monitoring — including identifying suspicious IP addresses, device fingerprinting for duplicate account detection, and geographic verification.

phww implements appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, accidental loss, destruction, or disclosure. The following measures are in place:

• Encryption in Transit: All data transmitted between your device and phww's servers is encrypted using TLS 1.2 or higher. The phww.lat domain enforces HTTPS at all times.
• Encryption at Rest: Personal data and financial records stored in phww's database systems are encrypted using AES-256 symmetric encryption.
• Access Controls: Access to personal data within phww's systems is restricted on a role-based, need-to-know basis. All internal access to personal data is logged and subject to periodic audit.
• Two-Factor Authentication: phww's internal systems require two-factor authentication for staff accessing personal data. Players are strongly encouraged to enable 2FA on their phww accounts.
• Penetration Testing: phww conducts periodic independent security assessments and penetration tests of its platform infrastructure.
• Incident Response: phww maintains a documented data breach response procedure. In the event of a confirmed breach, phww will notify the National Privacy Commission and affected Players within 72 hours as required under R.A. 10173.

While phww employs robust security measures, no online platform can guarantee absolute security against all possible threats. Players are responsible for maintaining the security of their own devices and account credentials.

phww is strictly an adult platform. No person under the age of 21 may hold a phww account or access real-money gaming services. phww does not knowingly collect, process, or retain personal data from individuals under 21 years of age beyond what is strictly necessary to detect and refuse underage access.

If phww discovers that personal data has been collected from a person under 21 years of age — whether through incomplete KYC disclosure or any other means — phww will immediately suspend the account, delete or anonymize all personal data associated with the underage individual beyond what is required for AMLA record-keeping, and return any deposited funds (minus any bonuses claimed) to the payment method used.

These safeguards include:

• Standard contractual clauses consistent with NPC guidelines on cross-border data flows;
• Transfers only to jurisdictions that have been assessed by phww as providing an adequate level of data protection; and
• Binding corporate rules or equivalent internal policies where data is transferred within a group of companies.

By creating and using a phww account, you acknowledge and consent to such cross-border transfers where they are necessary for platform operations, subject to the safeguards described above.

phww reserves the right to amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in applicable Philippine law, NPC guidance, phww's operational practices, or the services offered on the platform. The effective date at the top of this Policy will be updated whenever a revision is made.

For material changes — those that meaningfully affect how phww processes your personal data or that reduce your rights as a data subject — phww will provide advance notice to registered Players via email to the address on their account at least 14 days before the amended Policy takes effect. Continued use of phww following the effective date of a revised Policy constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

phww recommends that all Players review this Policy periodically. The current version is always accessible at phww.lat/privacy-policy.
