In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings ascribed below unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:

By accessing the phww platform, creating an account, or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of phww and close your account if one has been opened.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and phww. They apply to all use of the platform, including browsing the website without an account, creating and maintaining an account, depositing funds, participating in promotions, playing games, and requesting withdrawals.

To be eligible to hold a phww account and participate in real-money gaming, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age — the minimum gaming age mandated by PAGCOR for real-money online gaming in the Philippines.
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity).
• You are accessing phww from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law. Players accessing from Restricted Territories do so in violation of these Terms and local law.
• You are not currently self-excluded from phww or any other gaming platform under a voluntary or mandated responsible gaming exclusion order.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, officer, or close associate of phww or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or payment processors, unless explicit prior written consent has been obtained.
• You have not previously had a phww account permanently closed for breach of these Terms.

4.1 Registration

To open a phww account you must complete the registration form with accurate, current, and complete information. You warrant that all information provided — including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and email address — is truthful and belongs to you personally. Providing false registration information is a material breach of these Terms.

4.2 One Account Per Person

You may hold only one phww account. Opening or attempting to open more than one account — including accounts under different email addresses, mobile numbers, or identities — is strictly prohibited. phww uses device fingerprinting, IP monitoring, and payment method linkage to identify duplicate registrations. All identified duplicate accounts will be closed and funds reviewed.

4.3 KYC Documentation

phww is required to verify the identity and age of all Players before permitting deposits, gameplay, or withdrawals. You must provide the following within 72 hours of account creation, or before any withdrawal request:

• A clear, unobstructed photograph or scan of a valid Philippine government-issued photo ID (PhilSys National ID, Philippine Passport, Driver's License, SSS/GSIS Card, PRC ID, or Voter's ID).
• A selfie photograph holding the submitted ID, with your face and the ID's key details clearly visible.
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of GCash account showing your registered name, consistent with the name on your ID) where required by phww's compliance team.

phww reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time. Accounts where KYC cannot be satisfactorily completed will have withdrawals suspended pending resolution. phww's decision on KYC compliance is final.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your phww account credentials, including your login email, password, and any OTP codes sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your credentials with any third party.

phww will never ask for your account password via SMS, email, chat, or social media. Any communication purporting to be from phww that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to phww support immediately.

You are responsible for all activity conducted through your phww account, whether or not authorized by you, except where phww is demonstrably at fault through its own security failure. If you believe your account has been compromised, you must notify phww support immediately by contacting [email protected].

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

phww accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BPI Online, BDO Online, Metrobank Online, Visa, Mastercard, InstaPay, and PESONet. All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). No cryptocurrency, foreign currency, or unverified payment method will be accepted.

6.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit at phww is ₱100. phww reserves the right to adjust minimum deposit amounts at any time, with notice provided in the platform's deposit interface.

6.3 Withdrawal Conditions

The following conditions must be satisfied before a withdrawal may be processed:

• Your phww account KYC verification must be fully complete and approved.
• The withdrawal must not involve bonus funds that have not yet met the applicable wagering requirements.
• The requested withdrawal amount must be drawn from your real-money balance (not bonus balance) unless bonus wagering has been fully satisfied.
• No outstanding compliance holds, security investigations, or account flags are applied to your account.
• Withdrawals must be directed to a payment method registered in the same name as your phww account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.

6.4 Processing Times

phww aims to process GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within 5 minutes of approval. Bank transfers via BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are processed same-day for requests submitted before 5:00 PM PHT on business days. phww does not guarantee processing times where delays arise from third-party payment providers.

6.5 Suspicious Transactions

phww complies with Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) obligations. phww reserves the right to delay, suspend, or reject any withdrawal where there are reasonable grounds to suspect that the funds arise from unlawful activity. Such transactions may be reported to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by law.

phww offers promotional bonuses to eligible Players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, and cashback offers. All bonuses issued by phww are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• Bonuses are credited to your Bonus Balance, which is separate from your real-money balance. Bonus funds are not immediately withdrawable.
• Each bonus carries a wagering requirement (playthrough requirement) that must be met before any portion of the bonus balance or associated winnings can be transferred to your real-money withdrawable balance. The specific wagering requirement multiple (e.g., 30×, 40×) is stated in each promotion's terms.
• Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots may contribute 100%, while live casino games and table games may contribute a lower percentage or zero. Contribution rates are stated per promotion.
• Bonuses have an expiry date. Bonus funds and associated winnings that are not wagered through before expiry are forfeited automatically.
• phww reserves the right to withdraw any bonus at any time where there is reasonable suspicion of bonus abuse, duplicate account use, or violation of promotion terms.
• Players may not hold more than one active welcome bonus simultaneously.

Each game available on phww is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of each game before wagering. The following general gaming rules apply across all phww games:

• All game outcomes on phww are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical game elements (cards, wheels, dice) captured on video and streamed in real time.
• Bets placed and confirmed by the Player are final. phww does not reverse confirmed bets except where a technical malfunction is demonstrated and substantiated.
• In the event of a technical fault, interruption, or error during a game round, phww reserves the right to declare the affected round void and return all stakes to the Players involved. phww's decision on technical faults is final.
• Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical averages calculated over a statistically significant number of game rounds. Individual session results may deviate significantly from the published RTP.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and vary by game, table, and room. Current limits are displayed within each game interface.
• phww reserves the right to limit, restrict, or close the account of any Player whose betting patterns suggest professional or arbitrage gambling inconsistent with recreational gaming.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phww platform. Violation of any of the below will result in immediate account suspension, investigation, and potential permanent closure with forfeiture of balances:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration, KYC, or account management.
• Opening more than one phww account in your name or in the name of another person.
• Accessing phww from a Restricted Territory using a VPN, proxy, or other circumvention technology.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any technology designed to manipulate game outcomes, exploit platform vulnerabilities, or simulate human play.
• Colluding with other Players, sharing information about live game hands or outcomes, or engaging in any form of cheating in multiplayer games including Pool Rummy.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring, or any activity designed to disguise the origin of funds deposited into a phww account.
• Exploiting platform errors, software glitches, or incorrectly displayed odds for financial gain — any winnings arising from such exploitation are void and will be recovered.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing phww staff, support agents, or other Players through any communication channel.
• Making fraudulent chargeback claims with GCash, PayMaya, or any other payment provider after gambling those funds on phww.

phww is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players using its platform. Gaming on phww is intended to be a form of adult entertainment. It is not a reliable method of generating income, and no Player should gamble with money they cannot afford to lose.

10.1 Age Restriction

phww enforces a strict minimum age of 21 years in compliance with PAGCOR regulations. Age verification is mandatory for all accounts before any real-money gaming is permitted. phww employs a third-party identity verification process and manual review where required.

10.2 Responsible Gaming Tools Available on phww

The following tools are available to all Players from within their phww account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits that phww will enforce. Limit increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Players may set limits on the total losses permitted within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may configure maximum session durations after which the platform will prompt a break.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen reminders of session duration and net win/loss during active play.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may voluntarily self-exclude from phww for a minimum period of 30 days up to a permanent exclusion. During exclusion, the account is locked and cannot be reopened before the exclusion period ends.
• Account Closure: Players may close their phww account at any time by contacting support. Closure requests are processed within 24 hours.

10.3 Operator Intervention

phww's support team is trained to identify potential signs of problem gambling. phww reserves the right to impose limits or contact a Player directly where behavior patterns suggest gambling is causing harm. Such interventions are carried out in the spirit of player welfare and are not punitive.

Players seeking support for gambling-related concerns are encouraged to access their phww account's responsible gaming tools or to seek assistance through appropriate Philippine support resources.

All content on the phww platform — including but not limited to the phww brand name, logo, game content, promotional materials, graphics, software, user interface design, and written content — is the intellectual property of phww or is licensed to phww by its respective owners. No rights in any phww intellectual property are transferred to Players through use of the platform.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, transmit, display, or create derivative works from any phww content without the prior written permission of phww. Unauthorized use of phww's intellectual property constitutes infringement and may be subject to legal action.

Game titles, including phww's Ways of the Qilin and Pool Rummy offerings, are protected by copyright and associated intellectual property rights. Reverse engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to access the source code or logic of any phww game is strictly prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phww's total liability to any Player arising from or in connection with these Terms, the platform, or any game shall not exceed the net real-money deposits made by that Player to their phww account in the 90-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

phww shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, anticipated savings, business, or goodwill, whether direct or indirect.
• Losses arising from any interruption of the phww service due to technical failure, maintenance, cyberattack, force majeure event, or any cause outside phww's reasonable control.
• Losses attributable to a Player's own negligence, including failure to log out of shared devices, failure to secure account credentials, or failure to use responsible gaming tools.
• Any inaccuracy in published game RTP percentages caused by rounding, sample size, or third-party provider data, provided that phww has used reasonable care in publishing such data.
• Consequential, indirect, or speculative losses of any nature.

13.1 Suspension by phww

phww reserves the right to suspend any account with immediate effect and without prior notice where phww reasonably suspects or determines any of the following: breach of these Terms; fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited conduct; security compromise of the account; regulatory or compliance obligation requiring the suspension; or ongoing investigation of the account.

13.2 Termination by phww

phww may permanently close any account where: a material breach of these Terms has been confirmed; a Player has been found to be ineligible (e.g., under 21, located in a Restricted Territory); KYC verification cannot be satisfactorily completed; or regulatory instruction requires closure. On permanent closure for breach, all balances — including both real-money and bonus balances — may be forfeited at phww's discretion.

13.3 Termination by Player

Any Player may close their phww account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Any remaining real-money balance (minus bonus funds not yet wagered to fulfillment) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within 5 business days, subject to outstanding KYC and compliance requirements being met.

phww reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they affect Player rights or obligations in a significant way — phww will provide advance notice to registered Players via email to the address on their account, or via a prominently displayed notice within the platform, no fewer than 14 days before the amendment takes effect.

Minor, non-material amendments (including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not change the substance of any clause, or updates required by changes in applicable law) may be made at any time without advance notice. The effective date of the current version of these Terms is displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of phww following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must close your account before the amendment takes effect.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. The parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the phww platform.

Before commencing any formal legal proceedings, Players are required to first contact phww's support team to allow phww the opportunity to resolve the dispute informally. phww will acknowledge all formal complaints within 5 business days and aim to provide a substantive response within 20 business days.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where the circumstances require it.
